On the page 'Availability' you will find the availability of apartment El Nogal and El Mirador. You can rent the entire villa, but of course the apartments are also available individually.
You can make a reservation by email, phone or skype by providing us with information about the desired apartment, period and the amount of guests. We will send you a booking confirmation as soon as possible.

Booking conditions
After receiving your reservation request we will send you a confirmation with payment details. You can pay either by bank transfer Your reservation is final when 30% of the rental fee has been received by us. The remainder is due 15days before your arrival. When the reservation is made within 14 days of arrival, we request you to pay the full rental fee.
Returnable deposit
We request a returnable deposit of € 300, payable upon arrival We trust that you treat your apartment and the shared facilities carefully. Should an accident occur, we request you to notify us. Any damage is to be compensated. The deposit will be refunded at departure.
Change and cancellation of your reservation
Up to 30 days before your stay you may cancel or change (according to availability) your reservation.
Cancellation of your final booking is possible by telephone and email (fincalapedrerabarcelona@gmail.com).
The following cancellation fee will be charged (even if the total rent is not yet paid):
- 30 days up to 15 days before arrival: 0% of the total rental fee
- 15 days up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental fee
- 7 days up to the arrival date: 100% of the total rental fee
If the reserved apartment is rented again for the same period, we will reimburse you the cancellation fee minus € 100,-.
